Atria Wealth Solutions is acquiring Grove Point Financial, an independent broker-dealer with about 400 financial advisors and $15 billion in client assets, from Kestra Holdings.

The firms did not disclose terms of the deal.

The transaction, expected to close in the second half of 2023, will give a boost to Atria’s wealth management operations….
