Cadaret Grant & Co., a $23-billion-AUM independent broker-dealer, will be sold to a private equity-backed firm, InvestmentNews reports.
“I’ve been looking for somebody to lead this company into the next 33 years, and I haven’t made a secret of that,” Cadaret Grant Arthur Mr. Grant, 75, tells the publication.
